Stress-less Days

I often give little tips at Oceana Acupuncture.  This is the ‘at home’ part of our stress acupuncture treatments! Here is today’s advice- take a moment outside to de-stress and reset your nervous system. Go to the beach, or nature and kick off your shoes. Take a moment to watch the waves come and go or watch the wind blow the leaves on a tree. Disconnect for just a few deep breaths or as long as you feel you need to stay. Enjoy.
