We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance carriers. To find out if you have acupuncture coverage, contact your insurance and ask if they cover “out-of-network acupuncture”. Upon request, we can provide you with a coded insurance receipt (superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurance carrier.
